Subject: Consideration of actions vs. passivity and results vs. appreciation

First of all, let me point out why I have decided to contact you through this letter. As you know about me, about my LLJ; LifeLongJourney, don´t you know?

Let me put in other way by following questions: How lond did you observe me? How many agents did you send over here? How many pictures and video records dod you create about me? How many standards and techniques and method´s did you follow? According to the book, rules or law documents? How many (il) legal decisions did you make on my behalf, behind my back? How many times did you want to “delete me”? How long are you gonna make entertainment and jokes? Did you improve my LLJ? Yep, answers are interesting for too many sides.

Secondly, I would like to see person(s) that play(ed!) that is ME. Nevertheless, I am only ONE, and with my ALL qualities I should live life at highest level, don´t you think? I am not your property, your toy, your key, your commodity, your gold, your prison or your trofey.

Thirdly, Yes, I contacted you officially, and several agencies as well. But you know, pockets or agents are either empty or full of “wifes”. So, for your information: I set up  3 following bank accounts: at SLSP, at mBank (still 3 loans), and Postova Bank. Yes, account balance you may verify, accept, confirm and respecting, you know what I mean? Do you know terms like social services for free or voluntering? What about retirement or pension funds? Inkognito position is no more acceptable due to consequences.

Fourthly, you have been trying to isolate me, only isolate me. Listen, when is salary or paycheck?! You don´t know to set up USA bank in or outside of EU? You didn´t negotiate with ECB, BIS, NBS or ČNB? Yep, you left me over here with total sum 60m- Euros per month, would you be satisfied and happy on my place? Honestly, you charge every action through money, so lets face it reality and situation that you could improve but you didn´t do anything at all. So, what´s now? Moreover, you can not to hide me anymore, or provide false “boyfriends, fake husbands, fake spokesmans, etc.”

Btw. I am not terrorist, I don´t make spy, do you know really who I am?! I am proud that I grew up in the village with hardship conditions, so what is your job? Always to provide stories about cancer survivors and suffering and pain? I don´t need your regrets, tears, you have your own conscience.

In other words, can you imagine how many notable film studios would love me in main role?! How many actors, champion´s people across different industries  would love to spend time with me?! How many countries, places I could visit?! How many kind and wonderful people I could meet?! NO, you don´t know, you only know to discuss, to negotiate, to make long planning without clear appropriate results, to make video conferences or to make diplomatic conversations because it is., it really is huge scandal, and everybody in this huge world should experience what I had to experience, believe me. Because, it was not created by god, but primitives that wanted only my results. Doesn´t matter on nationality or citizenship, you know what I mean?! So, if you are so proud on your nation, show your kindness, if you know to deliver smth.

Look, way of experessing my deep feelings and desires required only cash. Simply said, you may solve 99% of your problems through money, right?! Well, where are my money? On which bank accounts? In which offshore centers? How many false certificates to do actions on my behlf  did you create?

Nonetheless, to have life, is necessary private limo with personal driver?! To have private villas in private resorts around the world?! To have fancy clothes and cars?! Well, I am ok with bus and train and clothes from second hands. I am not shamed, I have nothing to lose, only YOU should be shamed, and word like sorry means nothing to me. I AM YOUNG and to swim in ocean, to ride on the horses, to see beauty of nature, is basic?! I have not been working for sitting on my nice back or to watch you in news, is that clear for you?!

Ergo, I will survive with you or without you, you know very well where I am and what kind of sources I have at hand. So, yes, I am so honest, but you should at least to appreciate that, in this context when always will be robers of my articles, working papers, ppts, etc., there always will be space for you, as a representatives of country with freedom of capital, goods, services and opportunities. Everybody just wants advantages, but who has got competitive advantage? ONLY ME! So, don´t pretend that you knew about me months, years ago, and you did nothing. You left me over here to be locked and stocked, so too many thanks. My soul, heart and body would applied for somebody like me, family like me, city like me, country like me!

I don´t care about your official receptions, coctail party´s, private dinners, etc., changing of your business cards, you know to make international business, right?! I am not gonna give anything to anybody for free, no donations of organs, no charity, no religion, no official institution, no university. The question is: Who would do for me what I did for others?! Who would sacrificed for me what I had to sacrifice for others?! Well, you are just so comfortable to get up from your hot chair and learn smth new. And testing all the time would bring some new results? Btw. don´t use hard workers to increase your GDP, due to fact that papers are only papers and you are not gonna take them at cemetery. So, forget it, I will live.

Brutal Honesty, Why I am not Pride and Proud Slovakian.


REPORT ON FOLLOWING PERSON – ROBERT FICO & ANDREJ KISKA by me

So, first of all is necessary to mention, that my relation or even relationship with those both persons which are mentioned above are at 0%. What does it mean?! I have NOT, absolutely NOT interest to deal with them. No personally, no through cell, not even through emails.

You will never understand behavior and mentality and character of those persons, of slovak politicans, especially of political party of SME due to fact that their position and status will cause and ruin life of innocent people? Because they are man, or little boys, or what? Their visiting in my “hometown”, and my permanent address will cause what?

There is huge possibility that R.F. played that he was/is my boyfriend/fiance, whatever. He could make a lot of visiting across whole east slovak republic due to following reason. First, he probably visited all my classmates since elementary school, high school, university, etc. Second, he probably made a lot of pictures without my permission, of my room in bratislava and in hazin and in cottage, zemplinske hamre. He probably made a such nice contact with either my “parents”, “grandma” or other people that live in Hazin nad Cirochou.

Of course, that he visited a several times Humenne, just due to fact that he wanted to know how many people know about me, how many people wanted to help me, how many people he caused sexual harassment or abuse, just either to give them job at higher position or make them shut up. You know, is huge scandal, everybody play either for corrupted money from slovak politicans, slovak singers, slovak models, or all people that HATE ME, are extremely jeaulousy on me, on MY results, that a lot of poeple robed MY articles, my private files and folders from my computer!!! Why? Just to use extremely talenetd person that should have OFFICE at Upper Easr Side, at least!!!

They know about me, since everybody just verifying my education, my skills, my abilities. So, carefully people at higher positions and lowest positions are very cruel, just to welcome naive foreigners and to get their investmenst due to no skilled and cheap labour, right?! 

So, since sept 2012, after my returning from usa, they only wanted to isolate me, to restrict me from any kind of income. Why? Nice smart woman, we can not allow her to stay in usa because we need her in slovak republic. Why? She is so smart, she can help us to get nice rating of companies, of universities, or republic. Without me you never ever meet a lot of people and you would never ever had a lot of projects, grands, at contracts.

So, yes, they knew that I have got visa to usa till 2018, yes usa ambassador was corrupted as well, because I have never taught to help Slovak Republic due to their “hospitality” in Bratislava, in Humenne, and everywhere where I have been. So, kindly check why the have 3% of gdp. No quality products, no quality services, right? But, you can get every young bitch, you can get paid attention, you can make easily falsifications, easily to corrupt. Motto in Slovak Republic: To do nothing, To use talented people, especially from east of slovak republic, and waiting for friday to enjoy weekend. They are NOT used to work overtime or even sacrifice something in order to accomplish something.

Yes, different mentality accross cities, and villages. Accross social positions and their salaries! So, becarefully who gonna play fake theater on you.

And to argue and fight with people all the time, is wasting of energy due to fact that I could be with people that at least want to spend time with me. Yes, I have different thinking like others, I am different than others, beacuse I have gone through what they not. So, if since sept 2012 till july 2016, was my a such happy journes, I would like to congratulate of slovak representatives that think that they can do evertyhing: especially to hide everything, to corrupt everybody, to rob everything from me, to sell behind my back my garbage! my personal things! and in front of me they gonna behave and treat me like fucking bitch! What fuck is going on around me? Everybody is scared to meet me? Why? Too many eyes is keeping on me?! Why? I am NOT “falsovatelka obrazov, podvodnicka, ci dokonca lacna slapka, ci chudera, ci troska”!!!

Btw, I am not a lesbian, and I have not interest for slovak politicans or mans, because they only know to talk about me and to make pictures and to follow me and to say disgusting rumors in front of me. And you want to help Slovak Republic?! Kindly get up from your dreams, I am not prison, I want to do what I love to do without worrying that somebody gonna rob my results and than to hide me and to kill me. 10. Uneducate people voted for SMER, so dont be surprised when people dont know foreign language but they gossiping and watching a lot of tv, so they know how to use foreigners and play theater on agents or even ask money for information, right?! Dont ask me, how many ceo of cities and villages are under “controling” of R. F., you know what I mean? I am NOT property of Slovak Republic, EU!!!

To eliminate all job opportunities and than to make me “domacou putkou”?! That is a main reason why I dont have appropriate job in Humenne, east s. r.?

I am who I am, and nobody is at position of jesus to change me, my character and my lifestyle. Btw. question of religion of nationality of citizenship, is correct? I dont think that I am slovakian, and I am not proud on this country, not even to help this country for their bullying, tyranizing, corruption of “friends and all people that I meet”. So, you didnt get this till july 2016?! Your observation, will make a sense for your agency? Look, what about AIA = Antonia´s Investigation Agency? Only woman!

Woman know to handle so much, dont you think? And I am not talking about kitchen! So, kindly consider income equality, percentage of woman at higher positin, values priorities and ethical codex of people in their working environment, impact on social, financial, environmental environment, changes of gdp of corrupeted countries and punished countries. Yep, family is basic unity, comunities, districts, towns, cities, villages, countries, economic integrations = the same scenario, so that may resulted in nice war accross them, you know what I mean?

If everybody wants me just in the kitchen, and making babies, or to see me in hospital, or to see me at cemetery, why I should smile on them? Listen, those people should be so far from me. I dont want to learn from them their fucking disgusting methods how to ruin prospective people.

So, I am not gonna tell you everything, you should discover and figure it out how it works over here, in Slovak Republic. The most politicans gonna come over here, summits, conferences, dont forget to share with them how they gonna treat me, and not for free! And take them to gogo bars, so they could experience cheap bitches that are satisfied with car and house and babies, for future generation right? So, they absolutely dont care about me, conversely they only to want to see my cry and depressed. Why? To make money on me, easy. And quality of my life is at ? …. level? Congrats to primitive colony which is leader of hiding anf selling ideas as yours. So, day after day I am more exhausted due to no progress, beacuse is huge chanel, right? And you are affraid to make final  – more to the point to shot their political career and their political activities, they do not have any conscience, they only want money for their plastic surgeries.

I should be protected by any law, dont you think? And if your law doesnt allow to help me due to byrocracy or any other reason, than create fucking international treaties in order to see ME!

So, straight to the point: should I introduce myself? No. How long do you know about me? What kind of method´s and instruments and illegal ways did you use to follow innocent people? What kind of training and education have your special agents, ha? What kind of character they have? Do they know to use a gun, or only their penis, not brain? Of course, that responses are gonna be hidden or put under carpet, right?

Secondly, thank you so much for your kindly servis, in terms of security and safety, really nice from you, guys. The only thing that you know is: to drive your back in expensive cars and use your “charm” to get right information? To corrupt people, employers that wanted to help me, just in order not to offer any job, not to have any friends, not to have any reliable and responsible boyfriend, right? To be without sources and alone everything, right? Guys, you should learn little bit more, old scenarious, you are not gonna surprised me due to your low level of wisdom! Why? How many false certifications and “splnomocneni akoze od pravoplatnych zastupcov” did you make? How many companies in area of Slovak Republic did you buy on my behalf or behind my back, with fake lawyers, just to make cheap M&A than give those companies to false person? And who created this nice environment and conditions for me, ha? In Hazin nad Cirochou, Humenne, Bratislava, etc.?

Listen, are you fucking stupid primitives? You are saying that you have the best agents, right? You are saying that you have the best technology, sources, education, skills, contacts, right? And you are NOT able to find and deliver my following robed personal items:

Listen, how many times you wanted to put me at court, ha? For your dirty deals across the world? You only used me, only used me!!! And btw. you did not pay me, nothing at all. So, the question is: are you gonna to ruin life of innocent people? And you wanna to see my smile? Look, you gonna pay for my smile, nothing is for free, right? Your greedy is essential and somebody like me should be only as sun at VIP events, not your hidden fucking destroyed actions! So, don´t play such fake theater, and go make babies with bitches, they will enojoy your american voice, ha ha ha!

In other words, how do you feel on my place? How would you behaved, ha? The only thing that you taught me is: to say fuck you and your agents that are unable to live in this country are sign of your trainning? Or to give people that caused me pain, that played that are my friends, job at higher position because you knew that I HAVE all assumptions to become rich and famous, right?! Yep, your network used only cameras and photos for your chronology because when you are just discussing things, somebody else gonna create bullshit for me, you know what I mean?

AM I too smart for you, right? What about sexual harrasment, ha? I have right for LIFE, not to be without sources and without conditions that would made me happy and satisfied! Would you lived with 60,- euros per month? Yep, is so clear for me, and for society that you knew long time about me, and you only wanted my results and my organs, right? I am NOT average person and you did a such big mistake. If you don´t know to find my lost items, what you really to know?! To raise your voice and corrupt ministers, prime ministers, presidents? Who benefited from me, and who gonna benefit from me? I am absolutely NOT satisfied due to my staying in EU, in SR. I require respect and at least nice treatment, not fucking disgusting rumors and jokes. I really fuck people that behind my back trying to put me down. Yep, I am succesfull and yep, I am not gonna to forgive people that could do for me more, but they did not at all. So, kindly start to focus how you gonna return to me what is MINE!

In sum, you didn´t want me to employ officially, so than I have no interest to deal with you. I handle with situations and problems according to myself, till you with your fucking social status and position. So, god bless you, ha!

Nevertheless, yep, I have watched a lot of criminal investigation serials and read a lot of invetigations books and wrote a lot!!! So, at least don´t try to judge me according to size of my body, according to colour of my skin, according to my religion or any other variable for your econometric model, ha!

Btw. I love to work, is that too bad for you? And no salary, because of what? How many other Antonia´s  did you create, just to cover your illegal actions?

Your effort and consideration to work globaly and think localy is incredible and you gonna pay for what YOU have done to me. And I am not joking. That´s it.

Dear representatives of faculty of business, Haas Business School,

How are you doing?

First of all, the reason why I have decided to write you is following: my staying during Summer School in 2012, with starting July 2.

Secondly, are you proud that I have been studying at your faculty? Or do I am proud on that? Is important to note, that in terms of dormitory, I had shared room on 1st floor. What does it mean? That somebody checked my handbag, wallet, pc all the time. Don´t you know? Moreover, I have took following courses: Fraud and Forensics Accounting with Prof. Berde and Advanced Accounting with Prof. Rasmussen.

Thirdly, during my staying in dormitory, I have experienced following activities: downloading a lot of files from my computer due to fact that I am so disciplined and I have been working approximatelly til 3- 3.30 am according to the duties and homeworks. So, the question is: how many boyfriends wanted to propose me, and how many of them played as my “fiances”? You know very well, that I have got nice memories on faculty, on courses, on lectures, on classmates, on roommates, in caffeteria, in library, in campus, etc.

Fourthly, If you knew about MY qualities, why you didn´t contact me directly? And you did just testing all the time, checking my personal items and room in dormitory, and waiting for my results? Nationality plays a huge role, right? And my slovakian´s passport didn´t make sense for you, right?! I am not spyer, and your secret agents as homelesses was a such clear sign of you ability?!

Fifthly, you should consider that your absolvents make how much per week? A few hundreds or a few thousends? You know what, shame on YOU, as a academics or with business background you failed, absoluetly. You could offer me stipends for PhD, but you did nothing at all!!! Only, following and testing, you know what I mean? And don´t pretend that I have been studying at your faculty, uni, as one of the best, right?!

However, If you didn´t hear about MY fucking good journey, that is right time to show YOU my results. That is YOUR lose of fucking the best student ever, as nominee for NOBEL price, at least!!! So, kindly find my grades and exams, and don´t forget to publish them without my permission.

In sum, I have accomplished what you never gonna and MY ideas, vision is NOT yours. So, do you think that I have/had assumptions for marriage with any turkish littlle boy?! Is easy to corrupt staff in dormitory, but there is one rule: don´t touch and don´t rob what is NOT yours. So, after your appointments and recruitment of new prospective students from abroad is only for free donation of organs? Either to make me homeless in San Francisco area and than to sell me as piece of meat, right?! Well, shame on you, your instincts are/ have been so wrong and you will never take back time.

Have a sunny day, I am all right and still alive, so don´t send your fucking weak agents for bullshit observation, is that clear for you?!

Btw. I have learned so much and I have delivered incredible performance, don´t you know?

Subject: Feedback on traditions and decision maker´s

            First of all, I would like to point out on following factors: freedom of religion, freedom of moving, freedom of words, freedom of hospitality, freedom of kindness. Why? Due to fact, that still a lot of people do not to know how to behave and how to treat people without focusing on papers.

            Secondly, at this point I would like to highlight definition of lost generation, lost regions, lost resources and finally lost wealth due to fact that helping each other does not cost a lot, right?! Moreover, managed bankruptcy by people that are extreme jealousy on my results, my talents, my skills, my abilities, my knowledge and finally my hard work between four walls. So, kindly do not try, anymore, to make me homeless, to make me “biely kôň”, is that clear for you?! I have such a huge right for my own life, that includes environment and conditions suitable for my development and future progress, not determination and isolation and underestimation due to fact, that I am woman. However, depends on my makeup and hairstyle how you gonna see me, right?! If somebody has got problems to accept and respect highly educated and smart woman in this century, than go head to maintain contacts with unhuman people without conscience. In short, no ability to learn something new is for people from low society. On the on hand, you create and develop institutions, governments, firms, households without knowing cycle: action vs. reactions, causes vs. consquences, not just for individuals but for huge concept of world. On the other hand, is easy to make organizational structures without controling and implementation really important tasks that should be released and addressed to people that has got ability and reliability to solve something not just watching and making jokes. In other words, there is not space for entertainment and funny activties when people still suffer and their pain has not been created during one day, you know what I mean?!

            Thirdly, If we focus on traditions and role of religions, their level of cooperation and contributions, what we may find? Well, to pray, to build empty churches, to pay false charities, sexual abuse of prists??? Ergo, freedom of religion should be taken for granted?! Viewed in this light, law for choosing level of faith, level of traditions depends on ability of people accept answer NO, if that ability is sabotaged for long time, the question is: why is important to pray? Why we have to read and learn from primary and secondary sources of history of religions? We do not have to, right?! So, top secret libraries have a lot of to say, in other words, no religion, no political party, no country, no continent has got law on ME, you know what I mean?! I am not going to repeat that due to fact, that always gonna exist high cruelty as a action of people without skills and opportunities for improving their lives.

            Fourthly, we want to see happy and satisfied people?! Than, you have to kbow their mentality, environment, characters, etc. Everybody has got different talents, and method´s and modes are not enough for current situations. We do not need 150 members in government for permission or approval for any action that should be done immediately. So, nobody gonna hide me, nobody gonna use me, nobody gonna punish me for MY SUCCESS!!! I do not need “dvojníčky” for social life or sport´s activities, do you know definition of Maslow hierarchy of needs?! People that know to lie, to rob, to knock you down all the time, are not my friends. Straight to the point, people like me gonna love me and people without skills, abilities, lazy gonna hate me, that is for sure. Due to fact, that “ja nespácham samovraždu”!!! does not depend how so far you gonna make my conditions and environment worse than before, so keep your mouth shut up and start to learn something new, not only gossiping and using me in order to get somewhere high, in other words “ja nie som rebrík, aby sa po mne každý šplhal hore a potom ma zvysoka osral”!!!

            Fifthly, to give somebody pice of paper means something? To use aggression and cruelty just in order to get respect and subbmission of others?! Forget it. If you did not help me at my worst, you do not deserve me at my best, right?! So, kindly verify how many husbands and fake spokesmans still exist outside, so I may to meet them face to face, rather than between my long legs. My body is natural and go away from me and my actions because I am not gonna suffer due to faults of others!!!

            Finally, I am who I am, and if you do not have ablity to respect that, than ask yourself is there is any space in this world for you! Kto je zadĺžený? Prevencia je lepšia, hejže?

Preskúmanie zmluvných podmienok 2 spotrebiteľských úverov vrámci platného reklamačného poriadku mBank

         V prvom rade si Vás dovolím informovať o mojej finančnej situácii a to nasledovne. V septembri mi boli poskytnuté 3 spotrebiteľské úvery, z čoho jeden úver vo výške 3.000- Eur je už splatený z cudzích zdrojov, viď info nižšie.

Zmluva o spotrebiteľskom úvere mPôżička Plus – Č. HNN089711569 /2015, vo výške 5.000,- Eur, čo činí 84 mesačných splátok, vo výške 82,75 EUR vždy k 23 dňu každého mesiaca. Ku dnešnému dňu t. j. Marec 29, 2017 ostáva neuhradených 66 splátok.

Zmluva o spotrebiteľskom úvere mPôżička Plus – Č. HNN057220589 /2015, vo výške 3.950,- Eur, čo činí 84 mesačných splátok, vo výške 65.37 EUR vždy k 26 dňu každého mesiaca. Ku dnešnému dňu t. j. Marec 29, 2017 ostáva neuhradených 67 splátok.

Zmluva o spotrebiteľskom úvere mPôżička Plus Č. HNN099634012 /2015 vo výške 3.000,- Eur bola uhradená z fin. prostriedkov “mojich rodičov”.

         Ďalšie dve úvery nie sú splatené, čo je výsledkom nasledovných faktorov: nie som ani študent dennej formy na PEVŠ ku dátumu 01.11.2015 a teda nepoberám štipendium a nie som ani zamestnaná. Z vyššie uvedeného vyplýva, že som evidovaná na ÚPSVaR v HE od decembra 2015, bez stáleho príjmu, iba s dávkou v hmotnej núdzi čo predstavuje čiastku 61,60 Eur ku dnešnému dátumu. Od apríla 2017 by mal byť môj príjem cca 120,- Eur, vďaka zapojeniu do “projektu”.

         Na základe mnou uvedených údajov, si dovoľujem konštatovať, že som dlhodobo nezamestnaná v tomto okrese, a vyvíjam neustálu snahu o stále zamestnanie aj v iných regiónoch, avšak bez úspechu. Preto som sa rozhodla požiadať o preskúmanie možnosti na vyhlásenie buď osobného bankrotu alebo riadeného bankrotu na základe preštudovania nasledovných príloh; Formulár o zmluvných podmienkach (podľa zákona č. 129/2010 Z.z. o spotrebiteľských úveroch), Všeobecné obchodné podmienky mBank, Obchodné podmienky poskytovania úveru mPÔŽIČKA PLUS.

         Keďže splácanie týchto pôžičiek mi spôsobuje určité existenčné obavy, je možné brať do úvahy možnosť Odstúpiť od Zmluvy o Úvere s účinkami podľa VOP a vyhlásiť okamžitú platobnú splatnosť, teda osobný bankrot. Resp. podať sťažnosť v súlade s Etickým kódexom banky v oblasti ochrany spotrebiteľa.  

         Laicky povedané: Byť finančne závislý je výsledkom tvrdej a poctivej práce usilovného človeka? Inak povedané, nie som ani princezná Šeherezáda, ani kráľovná, nezaujíma ma kto som a kto nie som, koľko mám a či vôbec budem mať deti, akého som či nie som náboženstva, aby ma tu zamestnali, ale na dôstojný a plnohodnotný život má právo každý.

         Týmto Vás žiadam o záväznú odpoveď do 3 pracovných dní odo dňa prečítania danej sťažnosti. Pokiaľ je potrebné a nutné to Vám zaslať poštou, ocením promptnú odpoveď. Pokiaľ je nutné osobné stretnutie, som ochotná a schopná sa zúčastniť na vlastné životné náklady na Vašej pobočke v Košiciach.

Investigation of three loans, their insurance and repayment

            First of all, dear insurance company, I would like to inform you for your interest about following three loans. The reason why I have decided to contact you directly is: quality of services of your branch in Slovak Republic with address – Cardif Slovakia a.s., Plynárenská 7/C, 821 09 Bratislava due to fact that this insurance company provides insurance for customer of bank, mBank, with headquarter in Poland, Warsaw.

            Secondly, straight to the point: I took 3 loans, first personally in office in shopping center in Eurovea at financial center at mBank in Bratislava, others through online services of mBank. Moreover, to date Sept 3, 2015 with amount of 3.000,- Eur, to date Sept 10, 2015 with amount 5.000,- Eur and to date Sept 30, 2015 with amount 3.950,- Eur, on the other hand more details about this loans you may find as attachments, that incudes contracts, insurance contract, etc.

            Thirdly, at this point I would like to inform you that all three loans are fully covered by insurance that are provided by your company, BNP Paribas, Cardif. What does it mean? Is necessary to mention my social and financial status. More to the point, try at least to make confirmation about my financial situation (you may reach ministry of labor, social affairs in Humenne, social institution in Humenne “socialna poistovna” for more information. This process should includes following steps from your side: acceptation, confirmation and respect.

            Fourthly, ergo, I provide summary: I am unemployed to date Dec 14, 2015, with benefit, total amount 123.20,- Eur paid by Ministry of labour in Slovak Republic to date February 2016, for 2 months.  So, you may imagine how much I have got in my pocket, due to fact that I had and still I have no other income.

            Status: I have been Phd Student at Pan European University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Tematinska 10. Bratislava, daily form, 2 years are done, and my study is canceled to date October 31, 2015, since this date I had no other income.     The question is: Why information system of mBank still took form my bank account financial assets, sent me 2 letters about repayments? They did not verify my situation and status and health?! Did they use right method´s for confirmation, in other words phone calls, fax or personally appoitments? Well, If I paid insurance and I am long term client, more than 6 years at mBank, do I deserve nice treatment and communication? Could you please provide answer after your investigation by post, straight to my hand? I would like to appreciate quality services and products, is 21. century and knowledge of technology should by at high level, do you agree?

            However, could you please verify who spent those amount due to fact that I did not spend, in other words I served to others a lot, and I am not gonna give smth for free and “nikomu nič nedarujem, ani v prospech štátu.” You know what, I am glad that stil exist those people, hungry for papers, that do not know anything.

Panika? Rýchlo okradli a speňažili na Bazoši?

Vec: Sťažnosť na vyšetrovacie metódy a postupy PZ, Ba III.

Dovolím si reagovať na udalosť, ktorá sa odohrala dňa 30. 10. 2015 na ulici Detvianska 29, majiteľ resp. osoba, ktorá mi prenajala ubytovanie pani Ing. Pavelková, syn Body Fit, Lenka. S týmito troma osobami som prišla do kontaktu vrámci začiatku môjho zotrvania na danej adrese.

V tomto bode si dovolím upriamiť  Vašu pozornosť na nasledovné fakty:

  1. Trestné oznámenie som podala osobne, s pánom Novákom. Ďalej ako je uvedené aj vo Vašom uznesení ČVS: ORP-1575/RAC-B3-2015 zo dňa 10.02.2016, odoslané dňa 12.02. 2016 a prevzaté mnou dňa 19. 02. 2016, na moje trestné oznámenie, ste prerušili Vaše vyšetrovanie resp. pátranie po neznámom páchateľovi, teda ste absolútne neobjasnili nič. Dovolím si teda uviesť nasledovné otázky:

  • Na miesto činu ste poslali 2 mladých policajtov, ktorí vyvíjali činnosť typu – pozretie a státie, nič iné. Prečo nezaistili miesto činu? Aké občianstvo ískali obyvatelia na celej ulici Detvianskej?!

  • Prečo nespísali počet osôb a ich kontaktné údaje pre ďalšie vypočutie, nachádzajúcich sa v danom obytnom priestore na Detvianskej 29?! Prečo ste nemali ani ten najmenší záujem si zistiť očitých svedkov oproti danej budove, t. j. rozostavaná budova s početnými robotníkmi vo výške, ktorá zaručovala výhľad na moje okno a páchateľov, t. j. 2 mladých chlapcov?!

  • Prečo ste nekomunikovali, profesionálne s danými 3 osobami, ktoré sú uvedené v prvom odseku?! Prečo ste si neoverili a nezaistili dôkazy hneď po príchode, ale stále ste naťahovali čas na korupciu a tzv. “operatívcov” s 20 ročnými skúsenosťami?! Rýchlo ma okradnúť a potom ma spraviť darcom orgánov?! V akej spoločnosti žijete?!

  • Kto stál a stále stojí za objednávkou mojej kráďeže?! Keďže určité osoby sa hneď chválili novými autami, oblečením, a pod. Inak povedané, kto naplánoval túto udalosť, ktorá mi spôsobila nemalé stresy, kritické situácie a poškodzovania dobrého mena, povesti?!

  • Laicky povedané: Rýchlo mi ukradnúť tie najhodnotnejšie veci, ktoré boli ľahko prístupné z okna, potom buď predať alebo zahodiť, aby neboli prístupné moje zložky vo vnútri notebooku.

  • Prečo ste nepoužívali vysielačku na podávanie informácií? Aký počet kvalifikovaných pracovníkov mate? Aké znalosti cudzích jazykov mate? Žiadne, však?! Potom, by ste si určite aspoň overili určité fakty a údaje, pravdivé a postačujúce na zadržanie podozrivých osôb.

  • Máte kamerový záznam, spred budovy PZ III. zo dňa 30. 10.? Čakala som vonku na schodách, a po príchode do budovy sa Vaši zamestnanci úsmevne bavili cez monitory. Nie som psychicky narušená ani mentálne zaostalá, rozumieme sa?! Koľko je potrebné na to, aby ste sa aspoň dovzdelávali?! Akú menu prijímate do vreciek?!

  • Viete používať aj iné metódy na skúmanie a vyšetrovanie, než len skartovanie, potom falšovanie, potom znásilňovanie, potom podplácanie, potom zahladzovanie stôp?! Škody sú jasné a značne vyditeľné.

  • Do akej miery viete a ste vôbec schopní a ochotní spolupracovať s ostatnými zložkami PZ vrámci územia SR a zahraničia?! Aké technológie viete používať na získavanie a zaisťovanie dôkazov pre archiváciu?!

  • Aké projekty ste doposiaľ vypracovali na získanie nejakých fin. prostriedkov vrámci inovácie, technologického pokroku a pod?

  1. V tomto bode si dovolím uviesť nasledovné: Pani Ing. Pavelková neumožnila prístup resp. znemožnila vchod do dvora so záhradou, kde sa stále nachádza moj bicykel, červenej farby značky Pyranha, a vo vnútri obytnej jednotky s číslom A1 ventilátor zo spoločnosti Manutan. Týmto Vás výslovne žiadam a prešetrenia a podanie informácií v akom stave sa nachádzajú tieto vyššie uvedené predmety v mojom osobnom vlastníctve, keďže pri sťahovaní dňa 01.11. neboli prevezené autom značky Škoda Octavia. Viete zabezpčiť dané predmety v bezpečnom priestore?!

  2. Ako nie je uvedené v uznesení, kamerový systém sa nachádzal na chodbe a monitoroval všetky osoby vchádzajúce do vchodu Detvianska 29, nie do vchodu bižutérie Lenky. T. j. evidujete daný kamerový záznam?! Prečo vo Vašom uznesení nie je uvedený žiaden emailový resp. iný kontakt?!

  3. Čo sa týka fotografií, na ktorých je evidentný počet šperkov, ktoré som nosila počas obdobia dokedy mi ich neodcudzili je možné nájsť na mojom osobnom blogu: blueandyellowdiamond at tumblr, isto je na Vašej schopnosti si to nájsť na webe.

  4. Vopred Ďakujem za Váš prejavený rešpekt, úctu a záujem dokončiť veci až do úspešného konca.

For those who speak english: Summary of event from Oct 30, 2015 includes following factors:

  • I have been robber at first time of my life, I smel smth like gas in my room, so than I called officer from gas company,

  • guy checked my room but owner did not to allow to go in premises where are located gas things,

  • than I applied for phone call to owner, she came and spoke with gas guy, during 10-15 min while has been opened my window, there were probability that 2 guys took all devices located on window, on pc desk, and on desk next, possbility of loss a few tusands euros, in short 3-4 thousands, if there were any auction so than huge loss!!!

  • firstly, came 2 police officers they make a few notes, than came 2 guys called operatives, my indicators said that they were doctors for next operations of my organs, according to their style of writing and no communication about event of robbing, after that, they have seen that I am so strong so after that come 2 inspectors they made a few pictures and some dna´s but they were false poeple,

  • they did not even make list of neighbors in building, they saw me and robbers as well, and workers on construction immediatelly have gone away, possibility that people that wanted to say smth in cae of robbing either have been put for transplantation (this operations are done usually in first room with next door, same building or sexual abuse).

  • in short, I have been robbed, did you make pictures or records of monitoring my activities as “štvaná zver”?!

V prvom rade mi dovoľte reagovať týmto listom na Vaše uznesenie s nasledovným číselným označením, 2 Pv 693/15/1103-11 vzhľadom k tomu, ako ste uviedli na strane č. 3, že sťažnosť sa nepripúšťa.

Inak povedané, týmto vyjadrujem moju hlbokú nespokojnosť so stavom súdnictva vrámci celej Slovenskej Republiky  všeobecne. Dôvody sú nasledovné: stav kvalifikovaných zamestnancov, motivácia a (ne)spokojnosť policajných, súdnych, či vyšších úradných pracovníkov, vysoká nevymáhateľnosť práva, funkcia a účel právneho štátu, stav demokracie, vysoká miera korupcie a klientelizmu, mobbing a bossing.

Prejdem priamo k veci, vzhľadom k tomu, že ste ale vôbec neobjasnili krádež zo dňa 30.10.2015 ani nevykonali žiadne vyšetrovanie, inak povedané vôbec ste (ne)konkretizovali Vaše stanovisko vo Vašom uznesení zo dňa 30.03.2016. Na jednej strane presne citovať platnú legislatívu viete, no na strane druhej prax a dlhoročné skúsenosti vedú niekam inam, však?!

Prezentovali ste motív krádeže? Kto a prečo mal záujem si objednať krádež môjho PC, mojich šperkov a ďalších mojich osobných vecí v nevyčísliteľnej hodnote? Pre koľko mojich dvojníčok budete asistovať?

Ešte jedna vec, ak posielate niekde miestnych členov policajného zboru, tak ich aj zaškoľte, nie len finančne, ale aj odborne vzhľadom k tomu, že daný PC obsahoval nasledovné oficiálne zakúpené softwéry: Malwarebytes, Eviews!, Soda PDF. Inak povedané, overovali si resp. potvrdili Vaši vzdelaní pracovníci dané fakty? Asi nie, však? Inak by ste disponovali pravdivými údajmi, a žiadali prinajmenšom odstupné, odškodné či bolestné?!

Nemôžem vynikať v 10 odvetviach?


Ako Byť odborníkom v 10 odvetviach, v 10 rôznych kultúrach a nechodiť pešo tých 5 rokov a vyzerať na čerstvých 18

Vážení predstavitelia “minimestečka”,

Ako sa darí Vám?

Dovolím sa obrátiť na Vás s týmto otvoreným listom, keďže moja osobná skúsenosť s Váženými občanmi, od obdobia Oct 2015, neprerástla do úspešnej vzájomnej spolupráce, je na mieste sa podeliť o moje stanovisko práve s Vami.

 V tomto bode si Vám dovolím ozrejmiť môj spôsob života, čiže životný štýl, ktorý nie je zlúčiteľný resp. kompatibilný s tým dedinským typom, kvázi rodinným typom. Inak povedané, celých 28 rokov som úspešne zvládla všetky prekážky a nástrahy spojené s tým mojím trvalým bydliskom, resp. danou miestnou kultúrou čo zahŕňa, organizáciu, deľbu práce a dané ocenenie, ohodnotenie za vykonanú činnosť. Z vyššie uvedeného vyplýva, že som workoholička, zvyknutá na iný pracovný režim a postup, nie na ten “slovenský či humenský či hažínsky typ manažmentu”, viete čo tým myslím? A áno, nie som submisívny typ, ani za použitia donucovacích nástrojov. A sila make upu robí svoje.

V druhom bode, Vám načrtnem moju situáciu asi tak, že som slobodná a bezdetná, a osobne sa ma dotýka hlavne to, že ako dlho tu pobehujú tí “moji akože snúbenci”, čo sa hrajú na mojich hovorcov, či splnomocnencov? Pokiaľ sa rieši môj budúci kariérny rast, je vhodné to najprv riešiť práve so mnou. Nemusíte sa za mňa ani hanbiť, ani ma ľutovať, som dosť reprezentatívny typ s dostatočným množstvom značkového 7 ročného oblečenia s civilizovaným správaním v závislosti od typu a charakteru rokovania.

V treťom bode, je na mieste sa opýtať, ako si predstavujete tento “môj pobyt na východe” ďalej? Ľavá ruka nevie čo robí tá pravá už 4 roky? Alebo sa nepriamo snažíte ma “niekam upratať”? Keďže dobré meno a reputácia sa buduje roky, nie 20 ročná kariéra s medzinárodnými skúsenosťami, viete si vážiť a ctiť zahraničných hostí a mojich vzácnych kamarátov, či už z hľadiska profesijného či ľudského? Či každého spravíte bezdomovca, či sirotu, aby reč nestála?

V tomto, štvrtom bode, si Vám dovolím upresniť, že nemienim sa tu ani usadiť, ani sedieť za Vašu ľahostajnosť a nečinnosť, či dokonca počúvať zosmiešňovanie a podceňovanie. Inými slovami, za tú dobu som tu len zostarla, a pokiaľ prejavíte dostatočná snahu o nápravu, môžme sa smiať aj spoločne s tým ďalším rozvojom. Ak to verejné tajomstvo bude dostatočne zreteľné na mojej tvári a postave, potom si aj tie ruky podáme, s tým rešpektom a úctou vrámci globálno-politickej situácie.

V neposlednom rade, ľudia ako ja, sú len mimo SR, a nijaký perfekcionalista by sa Vám neprosíkal ani o šancu vypočuť, ani o tú povestnú skúšobnú lehotu, ani možnosť na dôstojný život na úrovni. Z daného vyplýva, že a naďalej som pre Vás neatraktívna, po vedomostnej, či profesionálnej stránke, dovolím si upriamiť Vašu pozornosť na moje pôsobenie v danom okrese, regióne. Keď ma uvidíte, sedieť na lavičke, v kaviarni, sme si rovnocenní?

Ďakujem za prečítanie s porozumením daného textu do konca, a následné prijatie patričných krokov na zlepšenie, nie na spochybňovanie a vylúčenie zo spoločenských kruhov Vašej smotánky.

Ešte stále som nezabezpečená, a uprednostnila som tento materinský jazyk pre Vašu lepšiu orientáciu. Inými slovami, je už čas. Či mám ísť robiť predavačku do kauflandu, či čašníčku do grécka, z toho môjho marketingového prieskumu? Ako ma Vy vnímate pre potreby uplatnenia sa na pracovnom trhu? Vynikám sa z priemeru?

Pevne verím, že ste na mňa hrdí, a pridali ste tú rúčku k dielu k mojím nesporným úspechom. Paragrafy ani zákony Vám citovať nebudem, pre Vašu neustálu pozornosť. Čize nie som humenčanka, a ani východniarka? Či Panna Mária, či Matka Tereza?

Veľa zdaru počas slnečného obdobia a tých 5 dovoleniek či zahraničných ciest pri teplom mori na čí účet???
